Network System Design and Implementation:
- Designs and implements network systems.
- Researches, analyzes and recommends the implementation of software or hardware changes to rectify any network deficiencies or to enhance network performance.
Troubleshooting
- Escalation point for advanced network related troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
- Strong working familiarity with Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS) with hands on experience configuring Cisco routers, switches and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Enterprise system monitoring and management tools.
- Knowledge of commercial enterprise-level tools and products to provide network services, including: Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Virtual Private Network (VPN).
- Provide input and produce deliverables on all related projects, as well as providing project management for all network-centric efforts.
- Investigate and resolve network incident tickets.
